Once we determine your method of portion control – I have several proprietary options I use time and time again with great success that are surprisingly simple – we then go over the importance of protein, fiber, and various other factors of a well thought out nutrition plan.
I make sure you understand the basic concepts of nutrition that are NOT the old school restrictive way of thinking that has been proven time and time again to be unnecessary and overly restrictive.
