The deadlift is one of “The Big 3” (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) and really has the potential to change your body and your life. The problem is, people all over are performing deadlifts incorrectly turning this hip hinge movement into more of a squatting movement. After seeing this common deadlift mistake one too many times in a corporate gym setting, we decided to film a quick video on it.
